Associate Business Manager, Home Appliances Parts & Accessories

Responsibilities

• Suggest product enhancements to improve the user experience.
• Cook up functional solutions by coordinating with other departments.
• Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set timelines.
• Monitor and report on users' reactions post-launch.
• Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
• Participate in system configuration.
• Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and messaging.
• Analyze market trends and products and make recommendations for changes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management consulting.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in both English and Korean is a plus.

Recruiting Range

$72,000 - $96,000 USD
