Parts and Accessories Associate (part-time)

About the role

The Parts and Accessories Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding and purchasing parts and accessories for their motorcycles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing motorcycle parts and accessories
• Provide knowledgeable advice on product selection and fitment
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories is helpful but not required
