About the role

As an A2 Process Associate in Customer Care, you will leverage strong communication and technical skills to deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong client relationships in an international contact center environment.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of international contact center experience
• Minimum graduation requirement met
• Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient with Excel and other MS Office tools
• Excellent written and oral communication, listening, and comprehension skills
• Stellar customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate customer frustration
• Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and objectively
• Dedication to the customer experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and interactions while prioritizing requests and concerns
• Sound decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively adapt to accelerating changes
• For remote work: a secure workspace and effective internet connectivity

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $24,310–$68,150. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on position and applicable laws.
