Associate Advisor

A successful independent wealth management practice is seeking an Associate Advisor to support advisors and provide exceptional service to a growing client base. This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow into a lead advisory position while gaining hands-on experience in financial planning and wealth management.Responsibilities include:Support advisors with client service and relationship managementPrepare meeting materials, account paperwork, and financial planning reportsConduct investment and planning researchAddress client inquiries and assist with ongoing account maintenanceParticipate in client meetings and planning discussionsHelp ensure a high-touch client experience Qualifications:Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 7, 63 & 65CFP® not required, just a plusFinancial services, wealth management, banking, or advisory experience preferredDetail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skillsMotivated to build a long-term career in financial planning and wealth managementCompensation: Competitive base salary, bonus opportunity, mentorship, and career advancement within a growing advisory practice.
