Responsibilities
- Aid in business analytics, forecasting, and planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for various brand initiatives, including new product launches, packaging changes, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist in leading consumer and shopper marketing programs.
- Holistically own select brands within the portfolio, including day-to-day responsibilities and the development and execution of long-term strategic plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration required.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in consumer products, preferably in food required.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and possesses basic industry knowledge.
- Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Possesses experience with analytical systems, such as Nielsen, IRI, etc.
- Possesses strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must be a creative thinker.
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a difference.
Qualifications

Pay
Base Pay Range: $81,772.00 - $136,287.00
The final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
