Location

Post Consumer Brands' corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The two-building campus hosts over 400 team members collaborating to bring breakfast to millions of consumers in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the ACES SWAT team, Commercialization, and cross-functional partners to manage and commercialize projects. Proactively manage multiple ACES projects, identifying solutions and delivering projects on time and at or above expected savings.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization.
  • Manage and prioritize projects to align cross-functional teams according to business needs, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated to meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to build and establish the new Grocery ACES program, including structure, governance, communication, and internal training. Advocate for ACES principles and develop expertise in core margin expansion best practices.
  • Support Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan development.
  • Make decisions based on deep consumer and competitive insights to protect core brand value and differentiation.
  • Provide ACES tracking, including in-depth analysis of project progress and projected savings. Work with cross-functional partners to track, manage, and capture holistic savings across raw materials, operations, manufacturing, and network efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • BA required (Marketing or Finance preferred); MBA a plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years in marketing/brand management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the commercialization process preferred.
  • Critical thinker with proven analytical skills.
  • Experience with market analysis and data extraction.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership, including the ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability.
  • Effective communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to charter new processes as a self-starter.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior brand management, operations, manufacturing, or commercialization experience a plus.
  • Strong drive and motivation to exceed expectations.

Pay

$83,372 - $116,721 per year.

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule, 3 days per week in office.
