About the role
Join our team in a Deal Closing opportunity as a Senior Associate.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the investment team to ensure all deal closing items are accurate and consistent with investment's terms.
- Help manage the closing process through coordinating with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize ClearPar to close bank loan trades and ensure accurate settlement capture in internal systems.
- Work closely with counterparties.
- Review Credit Agreements and/or Senior Facility Agreements.
- Aid in strategic projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Approximately 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of ClearPar.
- Deep knowledge of bank debt products.
- Excellent academic achievement.
