Associate Attorney – Unlawful Detainer/Real Estate

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience and substantial responsibility. The Associate Attorney will manage a caseload focused primarily on real estate litigation and unlawful detainer matters while working closely with an experienced team of attorneys.
What You Will Lead
- Manage a litigation caseload focused on real estate disputes, unlawful detainer matters, and related civil litigation cases.
- Develop case strategy, assess risk, and identify efficient solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and hearings.
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties to effectively advance matters.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure exceptional client service and successful case outcomes.
- Contribute to a team-oriented culture while taking ownership of assigned matters and responsibilities.
What You Bring
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- 3+ years of California litigation experience. Experience handling real estate litigation and/or unlawful detainer matters strongly preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work product.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze both immediate legal issues and broader case objectives.
- Professional, personable, and adaptable approach to client service and teamwork.
Compensation And Benefits
This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
