Responsibilities

  • CA licensed attorneys with 2-5+ years of defense experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Student Services Disabilities
  • Special Education
  • Title IX and UCP
  • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
  • Experience working with school districts, charter schools, SELPAs, and county offices
  • Litigation and interactions with California Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), California Department of Education (CDE) and Federal Office for Civil Rights (OCR) regarding disability and discrimination matters
