Associate Attorney -- Student Services and Disabilities (2-5 years)

About the role

We are seeking CA licensed attorneys with 2-5+ years of defense experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Student Services
• Disabilities
• Special Education
• Title IX and UCP
• Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973

Experience working with school districts, charter schools, SELPAs, and county offices. Litigation and interactions with California Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), California Department of Education (CDE) and Federal Office for Civil Rights (OCR) regarding disability and discrimination matters.

Pay

$150,000 - $200,000 per year
