Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Enjoy learning all stages of trial preparation and trial dynamics from start to finish
• Work with various teams of experienced attorneys
• Represent a variety of clients from global corporations to small local businesses and individual clients in high-risk litigation and business disputes across the country and U.S. Territories
• Part of a national team of 250+ lawyers and professional staff spread across 14 offices located in Atlanta, Austin, Charleston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Napa, New York, St. Louis, and San Francisco

Requirements

• Absolutely necessary: Active California Bar license required; post-bar candidates awaiting exam results encouraged to apply

Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $170,000 annually, dependent upon experience
