Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Law Firm

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Handle pre-litigation and assist with litigation, discovery, and case strategy
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to drive strong case outcomes
• Provide clear, compassionate guidance to clients throughout the legal process

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in South Carolina (or ability to become licensed quickly)
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience (not required)
• Bonus: Trial experience or litigation background
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage cases independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
