Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury defense matters, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Participate in strategy meetings, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- 4-10 years of experience in personal injury defense litigation, product liability a plus but not mandatory
- Strong trial, litigation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills a must
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client service.

Pay
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
Schedule
Onsite in Orlando, FL. The ability to travel is required.
