Associate Attorney- PA Bar

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and firm staff regularly
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, petitions, responses, briefs, and other filings
  • Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
  • Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable
  • Prepare for and attend court appearances (oral arguments, hearings, conferences) in Lancaster, Berks, Lebanon, Lehigh, Schuylkill, Carbon, Northampton, Monroe, Luzerne, and other PA counties as needed

Requisite Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication through both verbal and written electronic correspondence
  • An excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
  • Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a dynamic and diverse team of experienced professionals

Required Education And Training

  • Juris Doctor
  • Bar membership in Pennsylvania
  • Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control (strongly preferred)
