Associate Attorney - North Carolina

• Comfortable learning systems and following proven processes
• Motivated by both meaningful client work and performance-based income growth
• Interested in building a long-term legal career with a growing firm

What You Will Do

• Meet with clients for consultations and strategy sessions
• Advising families on estate planning, elder law, probate, Medicaid planning, long-term-care planning, and related matters
• Draft and review estate planning documents
• Handle probate and trust administration matters
• Assist with Medicaid and long-term-care planning cases
• Participate in litigation matters when appropriate
• Help clients understand their options and make clear decisions
• Develop your own client caseload
• Contribute to the growth of your office and the firm as a whole
