Associate Attorney - Newly licensed to 2 years exp

About the role

We are a rapidly growing law firm, featuring an energetic, established, creative and dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals. Our firm engages in several areas of law, including family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, estate planning, criminal defense, and immigration.

Responsibilities

• Practice family law, civil litigation, and/or probate
• Service an approximate 90-minute radius Naperville
• Up to 90 minutes of travel for a court appearance each way is a regular part of the role, with a rare, but occasional, trip of up to 3 hours

Requirements

• Newly licensed attorney or attorney with up to 2 years of experience

Qualifications

• Strong legal skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
