About the role

We are seeking a newly licensed attorney or an attorney with up to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law, civil litigation, and probate.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services within an approximate 90-minute radius of Naperville, with occasional travel up to 90 minutes for court appearances.
• Handle cases involving family law, civil litigation, and probate.
• Support the firm's growth and contribute to its diverse practice areas.

Requirements

• Newly licensed attorney or attorney with up to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in family law, civil litigation, and probate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

• Admitted to practice law in Illinois.

Pay

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, starting at $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience and production.
