Associate Attorney - Litigation

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Litigation Associate to join our Tampa litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience defending complex liability matters and be ready to take ownership of cases in a collaborative, high performance environment. You will work alongside seasoned trial lawyers handling a broad spectrum of civil defense matters including general liability, professional liability, transportation, and retail litigation.

Job Details

• Admission to practice in Florida

• Three to eight years of experience in liability litigation

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage a complex caseload and meet deadlines

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service

• Manage a diverse docket of liability cases from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations

• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy

• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
