Core defense litigation work in the Orange County office

• General liability

For an associate, what you will do

• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions in state and federal court
• Develop case strategy alongside partners, including discovery planning, records analysis, client interviews, and witness preparation
• Handle research and briefing in complex litigation

What you need

• California bar license
• 0-6 years of litigation experience
• Client-focused and collaborative approach
• Critical thinking, strategic judgment, and instincts to think on your feet and work independently
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Able to communicate with brevity and influence decisions

Compensation

$130,000 - $180,000 base salary, depending on experience.

Annual 3% 401(k) contribution, 100% vested from day one, plus eligibility for annual profit sharing based on firm performance contributed to your 401(k).
