ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - LITIGATION

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Take and defend depositions and appear in court

Qualifications

• JD from accredited law school
• Active Colorado Bar license required
• 3-7 years civil litigation experience
• Deposition and dispositive motion experience required
• Insurance litigation experience strongly preferred
