Requirements
- JD plus: 2-7 years of Civil Litigation - please have Insurance Defense experience.
- Active and in Good Standing with the FL State Bar.
- Excellent writing skills (send writing samples to monica.feltz@jobot.com for immediate consideration).
- Litigation experience including taking and defending depositions.

Skills
Experience with school district, MVA, appellate, fire, gas, and other cases.
