About the role

Our client is a well-established insurance defense firm based in San Antonio, seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience. The position involves all aspects of insurance coverage and litigation, including client communication, case evaluation, written discovery, motion practice, depositions of witnesses and experts, court hearings, mediations, trial preparation, and trial.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• Experience in insurance coverage and litigation
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to conduct efficient electronic legal research
• Experience with written discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, trial preparation, and trial
• Texas State Bar license (Required)

Qualifications

• Spanish language skills (Preferred)
