About the role
O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation to join our General Liability practice group. The ideal candidate will represent clients in complex civil litigation matters, including premises liability, products liability, personal injury, mass torts, and/or nursing home cases. This position offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative team of experienced attorneys handling a diverse docket of cases in both state and federal courts.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters, including premises liability, products liability, and personal injury
- Engage in legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Prepare for trial, conduct discovery, take and attend depositions, and draft motions
- Manage multiple cases and work both independently and collaboratively
- Work with a collaborative team of experienced attorneys handling a diverse docket of cases in both state and federal courts
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of civil litigation experience including premises liability, products liability, and personal injury
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience with trial preparation, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work both independently and collaboratively
- Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing

Pay
Salary Range: $135,000 to $170,000
