Associate Attorney - General Liability

About the role

The ideal candidate will represent clients in complex civil litigation matters, including premises liability, products liability, personal injury, mass torts, and/or nursing home cases. This position offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative team of experienced attorneys handling a diverse docket of cases in both state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters, including premises liability, products liability, and personal injury
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with trial preparation, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work both independently and collaboratively
• Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing
• Mentorship, training and development programs for associates

Requirements

• 2 -5 years of civil litigation experience including premises liability, products liability, and personal injury
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with trial preparation, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work both independently and collaboratively
• Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing

Pay

• Salary Range: $135,000 to $170,000
