About the role

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking a courtroom-ready advocate with at least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $75,000 – $130,000 per year, including a bonus structure with potential annual upside.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact family law cases from intake to final decree with full support from marketing and administrative teams.
  • Represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts with confidence and clarity.
  • Litigate with excellence, conducting depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials using deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code.
  • Provide comprehensive counsel to clients navigating their toughest legal chapters with results-driven, compassionate representation.

Requirements

  • A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
  • At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
  • A fearless presence in the courtroom and the ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
  • Experience in family law hearings and estate/guardianship proceedings.
  • Proficiency in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.

Qualifications

  • A highly organized advocate with experience in the litigation process from initial consults to the precision drafting of pleadings and discovery.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
