Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact family law cases from intake to final decree with full support from marketing and administrative teams.
- Represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts with confidence and clarity.
- Litigate with excellence, conducting depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials using deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code.
- Provide comprehensive counsel to clients navigating their toughest legal chapters with results-driven, compassionate representation.
Requirements
- A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
- At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
- A fearless presence in the courtroom and the ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
- Experience in family law hearings and estate/guardianship proceedings.
- Proficiency in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.
Qualifications
- A highly organized advocate with experience in the litigation process from initial consults to the precision drafting of pleadings and discovery.
Skills
- Deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code.
