Associate Attorney (Family Law)

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases, from initial consultation through resolution
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and develop tailored legal strategies
• Manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail, efficiency, and client communication
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and related legal documents
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys and support staff to achieve positive outcomes for clients

Requirements

• 3 years of litigation experience
• An interest in family law
• Strong abilities in legal research, persuasive writing, and effective negotiation
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000

Schedule

Full-Time, In office with limited opportunity for WFH hybrid
