Associate Attorney - Energy and Renewable Energy

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and litigation strategies related to renewable energy projects.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents for renewable energy transactions.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations to provide legal guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in renewable energy law is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills
