Responsibilities
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and litigation strategies related to renewable energy projects.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents for renewable energy transactions.
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations to provide legal guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in renewable energy law is preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of renewable energy laws and regulations.
- Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.
