About the role
The Reynolds Defense Firm, the largest DUI defense practice in the Pacific Northwest, seeks an experienced criminal defense attorney to lead its Corvallis, Oregon office.

You will be supported by a dedicated legal assistant, an experienced team, and proven business systems designed to help you excel in client representation while maintaining a balanced personal life.
Requirements
- $115,000–$150,000 base salary, plus performance bonuses and origination incentives.

- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Oregon State Bar, in good standing.
- Minimum of three years (five or more preferred) of criminal law experience (defense, prosecution, judicial clerkship), including trial experience.
- Experience in DUI defense and/or felony cases.
- Sound judgment and courtroom composure under pressure.
- Preferred: Experience in Willamette Valley (Benton, Linn), Eugene-area, Coastal, and/or Portland-metro courts; Spanish-language fluency; Demonstrated mentoring or management/leadership experience.
