Role Overview

The Associate Deposition Attorney is responsible for representing clients injured by asbestos, managing case preparation, conducting depositions, and interviewing clients and witnesses. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client and witness interviews
  • Gather and analyze records
  • Conduct depositions

The role involves significant travel to meet clients and witnesses nationwide.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-10 years of legal experience, with deposition or trial experience preferred
  • Proficiency in legal procedures, research, writing, and MS Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
  • Ability to learn industrial and medical information and demonstrate compassion for terminally ill clients

Licensing & Education

Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and pass background checks.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 annually
