Associate Attorney - Corporate Transactions

Boutique Austin Firm is seeking an attorney with corporate experience working with large publicly traded companies. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, and other corporate documents.
• Providing sound legal advice and guidance to clients on a broad range of corporate matters.
• Working closely with other members of the legal team to develop and implement legal strategies that align with our business goals.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Participating in the due diligence process for corporate transactions and providing risk assessments.
• Managing relationships with external counsel, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and our clients.

Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a state bar.
• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably with a focus on partnership agreements.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance principles.
• Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Pay

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
