Associate Attorney

About the role

At Madeksho Law, we seek an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our expanding Los Angeles office. This opportunity offers meaningful litigation experience, hands-on mentorship, and the chance to grow as a trial lawyer.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of complex litigation, from case investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda while taking on increasing levels of responsibility
• Absorb and participate in case strategy discussions and trial preparation in collaboration with senior attorneys
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals to move cases forward effectively

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• At least 3 years of litigation experience, with civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing abilities
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding client service
• A desire to continue developing within a sophisticated, trial-focused litigation practice

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $155,000 yearly, plus growth incentive bonuses.
