About the role

We are a highly rated boutique litigation firm headquartered in Florham Park, New Jersey, and we are expanding our practice. We are a recognized leader in providing legal services to the global [re]insurance industry, specializing in commercial litigation with an emphasis on complex insurance coverage and subrogation recovery actions. We are currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least four years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex insurance coverage issues and preparing coverage opinions
• Handling litigation matters with minimal supervision, including motion practice, depositions, and court appearances

Requirements

• Experience with complex insurance coverage and subrogation recovery actions
• Superior research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to both the New York and New Jersey Bars (strongly preferred)

Qualifications
