What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with strong attention to detail
- Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and mediations
- Collaborate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
- Handle cases from early stages through resolution with increasing independence
- Contribute to both smaller arbitration matters and larger, complex litigation
Must-Haves as the Associate Attorney
- Active Nevada bar license or ability to obtain shortly
- 1-3 years of litigation experience (civil litigation preferred)
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience or comfort with depositions and case management
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Nice-to-Haves as the Associate Attorney
- Background in insurance defense or general liability
- Exposure to commercial or construction litigation
- Interest in technology and legal innovation, including AI tools
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership of work
