Responsibilities
- Gather evidence in divorce and other family law cases to initiate legal action.
- Review and analyze evidence and financial information including tax returns, corporate benefits, and financial statements.
- Formulate strategies for settlement.
- Conduct research, interview clients, and witnesses, and handle other details in preparation for trial.
- Prepares legal briefs, arguments, and testimony in preparation for the presentation of the case.
- Files briefs and other pleadings, motions, and documents with the court clerk.
- Represents clients in court.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university
- J.D. from an accredited institution
- 1-3 Years of Family Law Experience in NJ
- Good standing admission to practice law in the State of New Jersey with an absence of disciplinary history
- Completion of all required CLE classes each year to remain in good standing with New Jersey Supreme Court rules.

$100k- $130k based on experience.
