About the role
Segal McCambridge, a national litigation firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in civil litigation to join our Denver office.
Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload with increasing autonomy
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and case strategy
- Work directly with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys
- Develop strong trial-ready litigation skills in a supportive environment
Requirements
- Active Colorado law license (required); additional licensure in surrounding states is a plus
- Solid legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ownership mindset and pride in producing high-quality work
