Associate Attorney

About the role

Jones Steves Grassi LLP is a general practice law firm with a focus on real estate development and land use located in Saratoga Springs, New York. We are seeking an Associate Attorney interested in real estate development and land use with preference given to a candidate who has demonstrated experience with these types of matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to real estate transactions and development projects.
• Advise clients on zoning laws, land use regulations, and other legal issues relevant to real estate development.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations to provide legal guidance and support.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda to assist in the resolution of legal issues.
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court and before administrative agencies.

Requirements

• JD degree and admitted to the New York State Bar.
• Experience working in a real estate related firm preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• $75,000 - $90,000, negotiable based upon experience.
• IRA matching up to 3%.
