Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage litigation and title-related deadlines efficiently and proactively.
Review and analyze title reports and related documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff.
Ensure compliance with firm and client expectations regarding accuracy, timeliness, and professional standards.
Ability to work independently and leverage technology in reviewing title reports and foreclosure files.
The attorney must be licensed in a non-judicial foreclosure state.
Qualifications And Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in a non-judicial foreclosure state.
Has experience in real estate, foreclosure and/or title law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong self-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
