Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and agreements
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in the legal landscape and incorporate new developments into practice

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with contract review and negotiation
• Knowledge of local and federal laws
