- Responding to discovery requests and drafting discovery-related motions.
- Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.

About the Role
We're seeking passionate Tennessee-licensed attorneys with experience in General Liability defense to join our Knoxville, TN office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3-5 years of experience who specialize in defending against all types of general liability claims, premises liability and professional lines including medical malpractice and assisted living/long-term care.
