About the role
The National law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their legal team in Cleveland. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of litigation matters including commercial disputes, contract breaches, and other complex legal issues.
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of litigation matters including commercial disputes, contract breaches, and other complex legal issues.
- Manage cases from inception through trial and appeal.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes and ensure high-quality legal representation.
Requirements
- Jurisdictions’ Bar Admission and a valid law license in Ohio.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in litigation or related legal practice.
- Proven experience managing complex litigation cases.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
