Key Responsibilities
- Draft & Review: Wills, trusts, and complex powers of attorney.
- Consult: Advise clients on tax implications, asset protection, and probate matters.
- Execute: Manage transactional processes and client files with meticulous detail.
- Connect: Build and maintain long-term relationships within the Bloomington and Central Illinois community.
Qualifications
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- License: Active Illinois Bar License in good standing (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in estate planning or transactional law.
- Skills: Elite legal research, drafting, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Character: A strong commitment to ethical standards and client-focused service.
