Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients
- Join our practice group that focuses on insurance defense cases in the area of transportation and construction
- Demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials
- Be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice
- Assume responsibility for matters commensurate with level of experience
- Work well as part of a large, collaborative team
Requirements
- Litigation experience is required; experience in insurance defense preferred
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Massachusetts
