ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to contribute to our mission and core values. About the role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate, and trust law. They should be able to handle a variety of legal matters and provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Handle probate and trust administration cases.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on estate planning and related matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient and effective service to clients.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar.
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
