Associate Attorney

About the role

Modern Family Law is expanding its reach and is seeking a hybrid Family Law Associate Attorney to join the team in launching and growing their new Alpharetta office. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's culture and success from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple tasks with precision.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of Family Law experience preferred.
• Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.
