Associate Attorney

About the role

Michigan Auto Law, Michigan’s premier plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their elite litigation teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication and counseling of clients
• Researching and writing
• Reviewing records
• Taking and defending depositions
• Writing and responding to written discovery materials and motions
• Trial preparations
• Assisting senior counsel in all aspects of case management from intake to settlement

Requirements

• A passion for helping people
• Exceptional emotional intelligence
• Qualifying experience including 1-5 years of litigation (auto negligence preferred)
• Remarkable writing and oral advocacy skills
• Exceptional time management
