About the role
The successful candidate will:
- Be admitted to practice in the State of Texas
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion to perform substantive functions in litigation matters
- Exercise concentration and pay close attention to detail 100% of work time
- Travel, maintain positive contact with clients, observe confidentiality in client matters, and participate in the firm’s marketing efforts and client development
- Be assigned to work under the supervision of other attorneys employed by the firm
Responsibilities
- Practice areas include, but are not limited to: Construction Defect, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Labor and Employment, Medical Malpractice, Cyber Liability
Qualifications
- Admission to practice in the State of Texas
- 3-5 years experience preferred
Pay
Salary commensurate with level of experience.
