The role involves managing cases from inception through resolution, developing discovery strategy, overseeing claims-related matters, and collaborating with attorneys and clients across the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop and implement discovery strategies
• Oversee claims-related matters
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients across the country

Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation experience
• Significant discovery experience required
• Strong analytical, writing, and client-relations skills
• Experience managing complex litigation matters
• Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: general liability, toxic torts, professional liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and transportation litigation
• Experience with transportation, logistics, trucking, or national claims programs is a plus

Compensation

• Base salary: $190,000-$225,000
• Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package
