Overview

Associate Attorney - General Liability
Houston Office or Remote Role out of Austin or San Antonio.
We’re looking for a driven Attorney with a passion for litigation and a keen eye for detail to join us in providing exceptional legal representation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee your own caseload while collaborating closely with senior attorneys to craft winning litigation strategies.
• Offer significant client interaction, offering you the opportunity to hone your legal skills across various complex cases.
• Prior experience in general liability, insurance litigation, or similar fields is key to your success in this role.
• Experience with transportation defense is a welcome bonus but not required.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance-related cases or general liability.
• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
