Qualifications
- Active Florida license or eligibility for prompt admission to The Florida Bar.
- Preference for top-15% class ranking and rigorous law program.
- Ability to synthesize legal findings into concise writing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous legal research on statutes and regulations.
- Draft and review contracts and legal opinions.
- Support public hearings and board governance questions.
- Aid with negotiations and dispute resolution.
Salary: $110,000 - $175,000 per year
