Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload across insurance defense matters, including personal injury, auto liability, and coverage disputes
- Handle all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions (fact and expert), and motion practice
- Conduct case analysis, liability assessment, and develop litigation strategy
- Prepare client reports and maintain consistent client communication
- Serve as trial counsel on appropriate matters and support senior attorneys on complex cases
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in Ohio
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience (defense experience preferred)
- Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating within a team environment
- Effective communicator with both clients and internal stakeholders
Pay
$110,000 - $140,000 per year
